Leader in Iron Casting
Currently, we are the leader in iron casting of automotive industry, biggest casting manufacturer in ASEAN with capacity 238,800 ton/yr, various type casting lines (centrifugal, vertical, horizontal molding), wide range of size (less than 1 kg - 73 kg/piece), various iron casting specification provided as customers' requirement including special specification (high alloy).
Design & Development
CAD/CAM assist in engineering design process and production of high-precision pattern to produce precise casting dimensions. Simulation technique is conducted to confirm our design for complicated parts.

Leading Company
Thai Engineering Products Co., Ltd (TEP) is ASEAN's leading aluminium casting company. Aluminium parts made large and small in any size volume production runs. Parts are produced by high pressure and low pressure casting process. The cast machines ranging from 125 to 2,500 tons provide a basis of the manufacture of a variety of parts.
Design & Development
With full confidence in capability in manufacturing aluminum casting, customer's product development can be successful through collaboration. CAD/CAM assists in engineering design process and simulation technique is conducted to confirm our design for complicated parts.
Pattern & Die Department
SNF's Pattern & Die Department is able to design and produce patterns, core boxes, as well as other kinds of mold/die to meet specific customer requirements in mold and die business.
Design Facility
CAD/CAM/CAE system has been continuously improved until achieving international standard. Integrated analysis software (CAE) such as Stress Analysis, Casting Simulation and Thermal Analysis are utilized.

New Business with New Technology (2009)
From original Foundry business we have established the new SUS (Stainless Steel) Business in ATFB by installing Exhaust Manifold Line using high technology Robot Welding for producing SUS HR components for NISSAN March model. We expanded production to TOYOTA model in 2012.
TPS Production & Quality Assurance
We design our process by TPS Concept that is flexible with customer demand. For Quality Assurance we use Leak Test built into process for 100% testing assurance.
3D Printing & Prototyping
ATTG Group has been making molds & dies for automotive parts for over 40 years. Our 3D printing service offers rapid prototyping from concept to production-ready parts.
